Stephanie Udler is the founder of Generations Sustainability. She is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of management and technical experience in the sustainability and climate change fields.
Stephanie served as the Strategy and External Affairs Advisor for Sustainability & Climate at Meta (formerly Facebook), where she was responsible for developing and executing a sustainability & climate policy strategy. She also served as the Senior Climate Policy Advisor at America Is All In housed within the World Wildlife Fund. Prior, Stephanie led Booz Allen Hamilton’s sustainability & climate change service offering for 14 years and served as portfolio project manager responsible for standing up and executing large sustainability programs. Earlier in her career, Stephanie worked on sustainability issues at the US Government Accountability Office and in the Office of U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer.
She holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Stephanie has a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Environmental Policy from the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Environmental Geography from Colgate University. At Colgate, Stephanie also served the Captain of the Division III varsity woman's ice hockey team.
Stephanie provides services as a fractional sustainability executive or independent consultant. She partners with other sustainability professionals as needed to provide a full suite of sustainability services.
Stephanie lives with her husband and two children in the Washington, DC area, but is available to support clients globally.
